Military Order of World Wars

affiliation
The Military Order is a patriotic nonpartisan organization, which holds that it is “nobler to serve than to be served.” The Order was established in 1919 to promote the welfare of our Nation. Because it clearly is not a self-seeking organization, the Order is widely respected and listened to, throughout all branches of the Government and across the Country.

Although the PR/MOWW affiliation is a close one, it is the stated policy of both organizations that each shall remain at all times an independent entity. Many PR companies enjoy strong ties to local MOWW units, with members of both organizations attending many of the other organization’s functions.
